What are the characteristics of a refined mind?
The refined mind is clear, bright, and free from defilements. To refine one’s mind is not easy because one has to work against the temptations thrown up by the mental defilements.
Lying, Do We Need to Do It
Some people tell lies for many reasons; to make them feel grand, to fit into groups or to allay fears of getting into trouble and of disappointing someone.
Meditation is not difficult
Close your eyes and clear your mind. Imagine that you are lying down on the grass and looking up at the stars at night. You feel relaxed and comfortable. Just close your eyes and rest your focus at the center of your abdomen.
